WordPress maintenance is the routine process of updating, backing up, securing, and optimizing your website. It ensures your site remains safe from hackers, loads quickly, and functions smoothly for visitors. Neglecting maintenance can lead to broken features, lost data, or diminished search engine rankings.

How long do updates take?

Most updates are handled the same day or within 24 hours. If something needs more time, I’ll give you a heads-up before I begin.

Can you take over maintenance for a site you didn't build?

Yes. I frequently take over existing websites and platforms. Every project begins with a comprehensive assessment of how the site was built, its overall health, and any potential risks. Payments, Agreements, etc.

Do you only work with doctors?

No. While I specialize in healthcare and have extensive experience designing websites for medical practices, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies, I also work with any healthcare-related business.

Do you work with clients outside of New York?

Absolutely. Although I’m based in New York City, I work with businesses throughout the United States and can collaborate remotely using email, phone, and video meetings.

How much does a new website cost?

Do you offer payment plans?

Of course. I can split the total cost into four equal payments, making it easier to get started without paying everything upfront.

WIll I need to sign an agreement?

My SEO services are provided on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to stay because you’re seeing results—not because you’re tied to a contract. For larger projects, such as web design, I use a clear agreement that sets expectations and protects everyone involved.
